Mirabel Residences is a new development for a new small community of townhouses. The goal for their brand identity was to create a feeling of lifestyle and luxury for young families or couples who are wanting a beautiful home, but can’t afford the big price tag of a house. We created a brand identity and marketing material to give the feeling that this new community and the townhouses for purchase would bring luxury and lifestyle.
